So I am sorry for my unannounced unplanned absence. I have been busy at a new job and working late hours and had very little time for family. I am spending my free time with my family as much as I can. Unfortunately there is time for little else. I am doing my best to balance it all, but it has been very hard. It would probably be easier if I was enjoying the job more. Sadly that is not the case. So focusing on the good things in life is where I am spending my time.
There is so much I want to say and write and share. Sometimes it is too much to narrow down. I will have to have a marathon writing session one of these days and get it all out for everyone. It is hard to believe that another school year is coming to a close. Allan is finishing up 3rd grade & Cara is finishing Pre-K and getting ready for Kindergarten. Allan made me some beautiful Mother's Day presents and he was so excited about them that he gave them to me early. I loved them and it is wonderful to see yourself through the eyes of your children. He wrote a beautiful poem and other writings about me. It is beyond words.
